A new magazine is coming to the 2016 LGM

A brand new magazine called ‘Revista’ will arrive at the first round of the LGM series in April. It will feature the race reports, pre event build up, driver profiles and interviews, team talk, technical as well as a picture galley, championship standings, news & views exclusive for the series, covering IAME cadet, X30 junior & X30 senior. Above all, it will be free to all the LGM & X30 tour competitors.

Nigel Edwards – Series CoC

New for 2016, the LGM championship will have a world class, clerk of the course at each round in Mr Nigel Edwards, Britain’s most experienced clerk has agreed to cover all of the LGM rounds next year to help with the consistency. Nigel, who is also the Trent Valley Kart Club chairman, was the person responsible in bringing the CIK drop nose early to UK event and looking forward to increasing it’s use next year to help in the ‘non’ contact of the spot-207920378818BCB8C2

Round 4 Date Change

1st December 2015

Round 4 of the 2016 LGM series has changed to the 24th July.  Due to a clash of dates and an approach from Shenington Kart Racing Club, the West of Scotland Kart Club have worked with the LGM organisers in an effort to avoid the conflict. The best way forward is for WSKC to host an additional club race meeting on the 24th July and for the LGM series to move to this date. This avoids the date clash with the MSA E Plate National Championship scheduled to run at SKC on the 16/17thWSKC and LGM organisers regret this late change and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

LGM Awards Night

STOCK ROCHFORDThe 2015 LGM Awards took place at Stoke Rochford Hall, with over 160 guests attending.
101817895474EE2515The night was well received with some stunning prizes, Jonny Edgar stole the show by receiving the LGM Series Champion award and the large cup in UK cadet karting, pictured here with his Fusion Motorsport Squad. Young Joe Willoughby picked up the Privateer Cup and Dan Hart’s AIM Motorsport, collecting the coveted Team award for the second year running with his six drivers with the top 15 places.
