The new IAME cadet engine

With the new IAME cadet engine being very close in performance from new, lots drivers have been seen out testing the latest homologation cadet karts from many different manufactures, some teams have even resorted to testing abroad to get away from the poor UK weather at the moment.

X30 Information

“TVKC and LGM promoters would like to clarify that the X30 is not intended to run as a championship as set out in the new MSA class homologation, and apologise for any misleading information. The 2014 LGM Cadet series

The 2014 LGM Cadet series looks like its going to be the best ever as it hit’s an all time high after 12 years of the series running, with the cadet pre-entry level at 90 it will make for one of the biggest, one class formula since the early 1990’s where C & D finals were common place. Nearly all the kart clubs, the series visits, are over joyed with the entry level giving them a massive boost next year.

The LGM annual awards dinner

The LGM annual awards dinner was well received with a great turn out. The black tie event saw many drivers collect some fantastic prizes, with the winner Alex Quinn pick up a fully painted Arai helmet, however 2nd driver Oli York decided to give his winnings to his chosen charity Heavenly Stars Hospital. 3rd place Will Pittitt collected his new helmet for his efforts, and 4th place Tom Wood won a new Apple iPad air. Top Privateer Tyler Chesterton, picked up Sparco racewear and also a voucher for a new IAME X30. Thank you to all that attended for making it such a great evening.
